At P-Star Collectibles our policies are

Replacement parts will be sent if the statue arrives damaged and orders will be resent if any statues are lost during shipping if replacements are available from the studio.
Shipping is not free, shipping will always be calculated when the product is ready to be shipped.
Pricing mistakes can happen and we will not honor erroneous pricing.
Items sold in this store are not returnable
Orders are non-refundable cannot be cancelled
